 |  I have taken some quiet time this weekend to focus on getting Calxa Express up and running for our business in preparation for a meeting with the bank manager next week and have to say it was the most enjoyable budgeting experience I have ever had. Having accurate reports that are easy to interpret and streamlined effectively with our existing financial data, allows us to make informed decisions on business opportunities and potential challenges.  | Calxa has saved my finance staff so much time with regards to creating budgets and reports. The deadlines from funding organisations or external authorities such as ORIC and our auditors are no longer quite so daunting. Previously all budgets were kept on a spreadsheet and to create any kind of budget report we needed to export an MYOB report to Excel and create the report manually, which was both time consuming and prone to error. Using Calxa is relatively simple and self-explanatory. I am very happy with the end result; to be able to customise reports is extremely valuable. The end result is visually appealing and easy to understand for non-accountants and program managers. Calxa displays an entire program’s budget in a snapshot very nicely.  | After using complex excel spreadsheets for calculating budgets and cashflow forecasts for clients, Calxa has now become our solution for doing this type of work. There is no need to worry about formulas being messed up, lines being inserted or deleted, and budgets not matching up with actual data. It is easy to use, professional looking reports and graphs are easy to create, and automatic updates make the whole process of keeping the software 'up to date' a breeze. I even use it at home to monitor out personal spending and it is a great way of easily being able to see where your bank balance may be in the future, and what you may have to do, to improve the end result.  | What convinced me that Calxa was the solution to a lot of our problems was the fact that it made producing all types of reports simple – budgets, cashflow forecasts and board reports.
